I was thrilled with my stay at this resort, as it truly felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking jungle views and delicious breakfast options made each morning a delight. However, certain aspects such as the maintenance of bathroom facilities were quite disappointing and took away from the overall experience. While the pools were lovely and refreshing, the dining experience left something to be desired.
